About Your Questions Answered
- Do I need travel insurance?
All riders and non-riders are required to have travel insurance. All riders insurance should cover them for “sport including motocross” and repatriation insurance. All non-riders should have holiday and repatriation insurance.
- Which airport should I fly into?
All guests visiting Holeshot Holidays Spain can fly into either Alicante (ALC) OR Murcia-san Javier (RMU).
- Do I need my riding gear?
It is recommended that all riding guests bring there own riding gear, however we can supply you gear at an additional cost which can be purchased through the site within 10 days of travel.
- How do I get to Holeshot Holidays accommodation?
Once you arrive in Spain, a member of the team will pick you up from the airport and shuttle you to your accommodation. Holeshot Holidays Spain will provide your transportation throughout your entire stay.
- Do I need to pay for anything at the tracks?
Your package includes All track fees, bike fuel, light refreshments, pit support (and bike hire should you have booked the FAR Package.)
- Do I need to prep bikes?
We have the facility for you to wash and prep your own bikes as well as carry out any maintenance. If you have booked the FAR Package our team at Holeshot Holidays will take care of this for you.
- What happens if I damage a hired bike?
Holeshot Holidays Spain covers small damages I.E. leavers, Plastics, Inner-tubes, Ripped seat covers ect. If you are seen to be riding recklessly which results in the damage of a bike to the point of parts needing to be replaced, Holeshot Holidays will invoice you for the damage we recommend you take out our damage waiver fee which can be purchased on check out or as an extra before your arrival to give you full peace of mind.
- Do you cater for young riders?
Holeshot Holidays knows the importance of youth coming up through the ranks and caters for the younger riders with their accompanying adult or guardian. Please see the Dads ‘N’ Lads package page for more info.
- What if I get hurt during my stay?
If you do get hurt during your stay, the Holeshot Holidays team will make sure you receive the best care and be there for all your needs. You must have adequate insurance as well as repatriation cover.
- Where is my bike kept?
Throughout your stay with us should we not be at the track riding, your bikes will be kept in a safe and secured compound/workshop fully covered by 24hr CCTV surveillance.
- What do we do for food?
Continental breakfast is supplied throughout your stay as well lunch, in the evenings we typically go out for an evening meal or get supplies to cook/bbq at the accommodation.
- Can I bring a Non-riding guest?
Of course, this is not a problem and can be purchased through our booking system, there is a great choice of other activities they can do whilst on holiday should they not wish to attend the track days.
- What ability do I need to be?
